Patient Details

This is a 73 year old woman with advanced aging of her face, prominent lower eyelid "bags" and tear-trough contour deformities of her midface. She wished to look better by addressing first the appearance of her lower eyelids and midface. She underwent bilateral lower blepharoplasty through transconjunctival technique, "skin pinch" lower eyelid excision, and fat grafting of the tear troughs. She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op!
